More after rebate?

As a recipient of the SHCP rebate, if I now put more PV on my property, am I eligible for a) Solar Credits, or b) the proposed Feed in Tariff? If I'm not eligible for Solar Credits, how much will 1kW extra cost me, and what would you advise?
